My father used to say that anything homemade is always healthier than ready-made store-bought items. These days, due to time crunch and busy schedules, we often fail to think if the ready-made food or spice powders we buy are safe or not. Most of the ready to cook or ready to eat food are filled with preservatives to ensure they have a long shelf life, and due to this, they also lose their freshness, taste, especially the spice powders lose their aroma.
Preparing our spice powders at home does not consume much time. It’s extremely easy & tasty. When I prepare my spice powders, I usually prepare them in small batches as they remain aromatic, fresh, and taste good. Check out the recipe below.
