Kala chana chaat


A healthy, easy, and lip-smacking recipe, especially when you crave to eat a chaat item. The only difference is that this is a healthier version of snacking. Soaking the black chickpeas at least for 8 hours is very important to get the right texture as we do not want it too mushy or undercooked. Adding something crunchy like fried sev or anything else is totally optional. But I would say it tastes good even without it! Try it out and happy cooking!
