Ingredients
• Tomato 3 medium size
• Garlic 4 Cloves
• Green chilli 2 pcs
• Kashmiri chilli powder 1 tspn
• Vinegar 1 tspn
• Soya sauce 1 tspn
• Salt
Preparation Method
• Roughly chop the tomatoes and microwave the tomatoes for about 3 to 4 minutes and allow it to cool.
• In a food processor, add the microwaved tomatoes, garlic cloves, green chilli, chilli powder, Vinegar, Soya sauce and salt and blend it well.
• Your easy chilli tomato chutney is ready to go best with the momos but can also be consumed with idli and dosa as well.
