Ingredients
• All purpose flour / maida 1 cup
• Rice flour 1 Cup
• Rava ½Cup
• Cumin seeds / Jeera 1 tspn
• Green Chilli 2 -3 finely chopped
• Corriander leaves – A handful finely chopped.
• Salt as needed.
• Water 3 cups (approx)
• Oil for cooking.

Method
• Take a bowl and mix all purpose flour /maida, rice flour and rava.
• Next, add Cumin seeds /jeera, salt and one cup Water and whisk well until you find no lumps.
• Now add 2 more cups of water, green chilli and finely chopped coriander leaves and whisk well.
• Allow it to rest for about 15 min.
• Before you prepare the dosa mix again and check if we need to add more water and the batter is lump free and is of pouring consistency.
• The batter should be thin and watery unlike the regular dosa batter which is usually thicker.
• Place a tava on stove (normal or nonstick tava) keeping the flame in medium to high heat. Now add a little oil and spread it evenly with the help of tissue paper.
• Pour the batter with a laddle from the edges towards the centre of the tava to get a netted effect and add a tspn of oil. Allow it to cook in medium flame until it turns brown in the edges. Flip and cook again for another 2 minutes.
• Enjoy with some onion chutney or coconut Chutney

Notes
• You may add more water if you find the batter too thick.
• Keep mixing the batter intermittently before you prepare as the flour and rava may settle below the bowl.
• You may add finely chopped onion to this to prepare Onion Rava Dosa.
